    How To Pay

    CosMedical Technologies accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards with US billing addresses. You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

    Sales Tax

    All orders shipped from cosmedicaltechnologies.com will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.


    Shipping Methods

    Cosmedicaltechnologies.com processes orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received.

    Cosmedicaltechnologies.com ships to all 50 U.S. States. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday-Friday (no delivery service on Saturday or Sunday). Please allow 1-3 days for order processing and at least 2 days for shipping. At this time, cosmedicaltechnologies.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses.

    Shipping Confirmation

    After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders.     Returns, Exchanges & Restocking Policy

    CosMedical Technologies stands behind its products and will issue a replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within thirty calendar days of receipt of product. A Restocking Charge of 35% will apply to all unused, unopened items returned where CosMedical Technologies has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. CosMedical Technologies will issue a replacement or credit for legitimate Quality-related issues within two years from the date of sale or when applicable, within the expiration date of the product.

    Mistaken and damaged shipments

    CosMedical Technologies, LLC will replace the order and pay any applicable shipping costs if we made an error with your order. Please note any obvious damage or shortage while applying your signature at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery. For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to CosMedical Technologies. To return any mistaken or damaged item, please call our Customer Service Specialists Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm EST at 1-800-275-3627 to discuss your concern and to obtain a Returned Authorization (RA) before returning any product. CosMedical Technologies will not credit the return of merchandise without a return authorization.
