This 64-year-old Fitzpatrick Type 2 female presented with chief complaints of wrinkles, rough texture, lackluster appearance, uneven tone and age spots, crow’s feet and under eye circles. This 32-year-old Fitzpatrick Type 2 female is status post two pregnancies and presented with a complaint of multiple darkening freckles on her face. She had previously used the Obagi skincare system as well as TriLuma and noted moderate improvement within 6 to 8 weeks from both treatments but she complained of skin dryness, redness, and sensitivity from both regimens.

This 43-year-old Fitzpatrick Type 3 female complained of a 10 year history of uneven pigment. Previous treatments included IPL, laser, Obagi Skin Transformation, Tretinoin and TriLuma, all with limited benefits. Patient developed an allergic reaction to hydroquinone with severe erythema.

On physical exam, patient had diffuse dyschromia with hyperpigmentation more marked on the lateral aspects of the face.

This 28-year-old Fitzpatrick Type 4 female presented with a 7 year history of acne, enlarged pores, red blotches and acne scars. She was initially placed on Minocycline, 100 mg. by mouth twice a day. The before photo is after 2 months on oral medication. Patient was taken off all prescriptions on the day of the before photo and started on Acne Regimen 1 as well as glycolic peels. The after photo is taken after 16 weeks and a total of 8 glycolic peels.

This 47-year-old Fitzpatrick Type 3 female has a 30 year history of acne and acne excoriee. She presented with 16 active lesions including erythema tours papules and crusted pickets marks. She was started on 5% Benzoyl Peroxide Face & Body Wash, AHA Clarifier, and Green Tea Antioxidant Serum twice a day.

She was started on Salicylic Face & Body Wash, Glycolic Gel, and Clarifying Moisturizer twice daily and Pro-G 70 peels were performed every 2 weeks.

The after photo was taken after 12 weeks and 6 peels.

This 48-year-old Fitzpatrick Type 2 female presented with main complaints of lackluster complexion, deepening nasolabial creases, fine lines, and tendency to facial redness which had been diagnosed as mild rosacea. Her past medical history is significant for multiple environmental allergies and allergic rhinitis.

Physical exam confirmed patient’s complaints and mild dyschromia was also noted. The patient was initially started on Salicylic Face & Body Wash and C-Stem^®. She returned two weeks later saying that the C-Stem^® was mildly irritating when used twice a day and she had changed to once a day use. At this time, Vita Soothe combined with C-Stem was started twice a day, followed by Daily Replenishing SPF 30+ every morning. The patient tolerated this regimen very well.
